C4AS transition and transformation methodology is a key part of this approach. It consists of a strategic structured transition, and integration program to smoothly move the operations management responsibility from the customer to C4AS. Using this approach, the customer transitions responsibility to C4AS allowing us to manage, operate and maintain the environment, Information Technology services, enabling functions and technologies under a contract that is measured and aligned to an agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
It also incorporates a transformation process that seeks to continuously optimize your ICT operations and enhance your business processes and service needs. C4AS typically engages with the customer via our consulting services in order to understand your business, the pain points and the areas that we can provide value-add via our services.
The offered services can vary from basic resource provisioning services, moving to maintenance and service support offerings, towards “Managed Services Lite” services, to eventually full Managed Services.
