Managed Services Lite

C4AS provides Managed Services Lite offerings for customers that do not require the full suite of Managed Services. It is designed to meet the needs of the small and medium sized enterprise customers who require IT support and technical expertise, however, their IT demands do not require full scale Managed Services.  Managed Services Lite services can be adapted to ensure that whilst an agreed reduced level of service is being provided the customer’s needs are still fully catered for.


Outsourced /Staff Augmentation Services

Service Desk

The C4AS Service Desk handles all our customers’ IT enquiries providing a single point of contact for all technical issues. The C4AS Service Desk provides multiple channel enterprise-wide technical support, from basic call/ contact handling and dispatch, desk side support to remote assistance and customer support.

PMO Services

C4AS will establish and manage a PMO function to centralize and coordinate the planning, management and control of the customer's projects.

  • Resource management, allocation and utilization for improved resource usage
  • Project audits to enforce standards and methodology
  • PM training and mentoring to develop staff
